Mariners Inn on Bayview Avenue, Northport NY
Project: To revive the closed Karl's Mariners Inn restaurant.
The final design reduced the once three story building to a single floor of working space with a gabled atrium space that reached the buildings previous height. In all, the design was intended to utilize the buildings original footprint and maximize the properties "million dollar view" of the harborfront.
